Department of Budget and Management

The now defunct Budget Programming Service was where I was assigned when I got reinstated at the Department of Budget and Management in 1998. In the picture is Secretary Emilia T. Boncodin (front, 4^th from left), who was then Acting Secretary.

The Regional Coordination Staff was reconstituted back in 1999 by then Secretary Benjamin E. Diokno. It was later named Regional Operations and Coordination Service (ROCS).

With the expansion of ROCS, additional staffs were added.

 I requested to be transferred to DBM Regional Office IV-B (MIMAROPA), which was just created in June 2003.
