DBM Regional Offices

These are some of the regional offices (ROs) of the Department of Budget and Management, which I had visited during the years. I was also able to visit the Ros in Baguio City (DBM CAR) and San Fernando, Pampanga (DBM RO III).

DBM RO II in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. The grounds were not yet finished when I visited the office in June 1999.

DBM RO V in Legaspi City, Albay. They claim be the only Regional Office with a distinction of having this postcard background: Mayon Volcano. Taken on December 1999.

I went to Cebu days to attend a seminar last 2000. DBM RO VII has a dorm on its third floor where I stayed for three nights. Located in Lahug, Cebu City, the office is near the venue of the seminar, Waterfront Cebu City.
